A former 11th century Maison Forte, this 4-hectare estate with meadows, orchards, vineyards and forest surrounds a shared protected courtyard with a large heated swimming pool with panoramic views.
Your detached house is part of the Domaine touristique de La Tour du Blé.

Outside, you have access to the entire estate. Your house has 2 private terraces with tables and chairs, an outdoor lounge and a gas plancha barbecue.
There are plenty of sun loungers around the swimming pool (access free of charge) for you to enjoy. The pool is heated from early May to late September, but is not private. You also have access to the spa with sauna, jacuzzi and relaxation room overlooking the vineyards. (paying option)

It is equipped with every comfort:
central heating, wood-burning fireplace, TV, free WIFI access and fully equipped kitchen.
Inside:
1 large living room with wood-burning fireplace and table for 14 people.
1 separate living room that can be used as a 5th bedroom with sofa bed (rapido system with comfortable mattress) and TV with DVD.
The large kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, toaster and all the crockery and cutlery needed for 14 people. Washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities are also available.
The 4 spacious bedrooms all have new, comfortable bedding. The beds (90 x 200 cm) can be set up as single beds or double beds, as you prefer.
3 bathrooms (2 showers and 1 bath) and 3 WCs complete your accommodation.
Baby equipment is also available.

The rental price includes cleaning, linen and towels. Beds will be made on arrival. Pets are welcome and free of charge. Extra person (over 14 people) by prior arrangement only.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. (7 nights July/August).
The Castor gîte is part of the Domaine La Tour du Blé and can accommodate a maximum of 30 people.
