You are in the heart of Burgundy and its wine estates and their Grands Crus, 15 km from Dijon, a gastronomic city, and 10 km from the Norges Golf Course (18 holes), on 4,000m2 of land.
This property, recently classified (17 July 2018) 5 stars in the Tourist Residence category, is located on the outskirts of the village and offers a magnificent view of dazzling nature. Just opposite the property is a lime tree classified as a Remarkable Tree of France.
The house has just been refurbished. 5 bedrooms sleep 10 adults and 2 children (bunk beds). The private swimming pool (10mx5m) is open from 1 May to 15 September. It is heated and covered to safety standards. Pool safety training will be provided on arrival. A large wood and stone decking area is available for summer use.
The house is built around a large living room with luxury appliances, including a double wine cellar for enjoying Burgundy wines at the ideal temperature, and an open fireplace. The price includes bed linen and towels, wood and cleaning at the end of your stay. In season, you can enjoy the fruit (cherries, mirabelles, greengages, apples, peaches, walnuts). Internet connection.
All shops are 6km away in Is sur Tille, and you are also close to the Toison d'Or shopping centre and Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, with its exceptionally beautiful architecture.
Access for travellers
Tenants do not have access to the garage, which is locked, or to the workshop or garden shed.
Interaction with travellers
A deposit of €1000 is required on arrival by the lessor. It will be returned on departure after deduction, where applicable, of any sums owed by the lessee in respect of charges and repairs.
Insurance: you are required to take out insurance that includes a civil liability clause, as these clauses are not covered by the owner's insurance.
Transport
Access by TGV from Dijon airport station: Paris Roissy CDG is 2 hours 30 minutes away. Lyon St Exupery: 2h30. A large car park is available inside the property.
Other comments
This lease is made subject to the following terms and conditions, which the lessee undertakes to comply with:
- the lessee acknowledges that the premises forming the subject of this contract are rented to him/her only as a temporary residence and for pleasure.
- not to sublet the rented premises
- to be insured against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage and recourse by neighbours, and to have the rented furniture insured.
- Under no circumstances may the number of people exceed that stated on the booking form without the prior authorisation of the owner.
The identity and contact details of all persons present will be requested.
Exchanges with travellers
A seasonal rental contract signed by both parties is drawn up prior to arrival in the house. Tourist information is provided with the rental contracts. A deposit of €1,000 is required by the lessor on arrival, which will be returned on departure after deduction, where applicable, of any sums owed by the lessee in respect of charges and repairs.
