Perfectly furnished and equipped, in a small building. In a quiet, residential area, this walk-through flat offers a superb view over the city of Dijon.
You can park easily and free of charge in the street.
Pleasant and functional, it has been tastefully renovated with a modern, sober decor. Double-glazed tilt-and-turn windows. Individual gas boiler.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and furnished.
The living room on the street side (a very quiet street) is very bright and offers an uninterrupted view of the whole town.
The very quiet bedroom on the courtyard side is furnished with a 160/200 double bed, very comfortable bedding, double blackout curtains and shutters. It has a large wardrobe. It offers an uninterrupted view of the north of the city and the neighbourhood. Umbrella bed available on request. Additional pillows.
The bathroom - WC, is functional and houses a large bathtub.
The entrance hall has coat rails and a shoe cupboard.
Household linen, bed linen and towels are included in the price of the night, and will be made available and installed. Two large and two small towels are available and installed.
On your arrival you will find a welcome kit consisting of:
Coffee and coffee filters, tea bags, sugar cubes, olive oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper, soy sauce. Also: rubbish bags (kitchen and bathroom), washing-up liquid, liquid soap in kitchen and bathroom detergent doses, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel.
Cleaning regulations:
The flat will be perfectly clean on your arrival. Thank you for taking care of it.
In order to give you a better price, the end-of-stay cleaning is not included in the price of your rental. If you would like to make the most of your stay, you can request this service for an additional charge of €50. If you do not choose this option, you will have to do the cleaning yourself, i.e. leave the flat as you found it.
Cleaning products and equipment are available in the flat.
To help you, a summary sheet in French and English is available in the accommodation.
I'll take care of the laundry :), you can leave the bed linen as it is and the towels in the basket in the bathroom.
