Chalet located in the heart of the Morvan. Close to the lake of Settons and all the activities that can be practiced there.
Living space of 35m².
Living room : 1 sofa bed for 2 persons, 1 TV + 1 table and 4 chairs. Kitchenette: electric cooker, fridge, complete kitchen equipment, microwave, washing machine, bread grill.
Bedroom: 1 double bed, storage, wardrobe, bedside table. Bathroom: shower, toilet, washbasin, storage, iron, hoover.
Mezzanine: 1 single bed, 1 double bed, 1 bedside table, storage. Outside: 1 barbecue, 1 table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs. Linen provided: blankets, duvets. Private enclosed garden of 350m². Dogs are not allowed and our chalet is open all year round.
Rental rate: from 350 to 450 € per week depending on the season. Possibility of overnight stays (minimum 2 except July and August). Outside: 1 barbecue, 1 table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs.
Linen not provided: sheets, pillows, bolsters, towels
