- dining area open onto the kitchen with a large table for 6 people
- sanitary facilities

FLOOR
- large 18m2 bedroom with a 180x190 double bed (which can be converted into two 90x190 single beds). An umbrella bed is also available and can easily be installed in this large bedroom.
- second bedroom with a 140x200 double bed
- a landing with a naturally lit study area
- bathroom with bath, washbasin, mirror and toilet

UTILITY ROOM / OFFICE
Separate room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a large work surface that can be used as an office/work area.

OUTSIDE
Enclosed, private courtyard with excellent south-east exposure, equipped with garden furniture with parasol for 6 people, barbecue and hammock.
