Hello, and welcome to "Au Numéro 4"!
Burgundy has undoubtedly attracted you, and we hope you will enjoy your stay in our gîte. Our newly refurbished accommodation is located in Epertully, between Côte-d'Or and Saône-et-Loire. You are 3 minutes from Nolay (bakeries, doctor, pharmacy, shops), 15 minutes from the Santenay spa and casino, 30 minutes from Beaune, Chalon-sur-Saône, Autun, Le Creusot and the Montchanin TGV station. You're on the border between the Burgundy wine region and the Morvan region of pastures and forests.
If you're looking for peace and quiet and love nature, you've come to the right place in this quiet, pleasant little village. Strolls, hikes and cycle rides on the cycle route are all on offer... Wine tasting, visits to prestigious buildings and attractive small towns are all within easy reach.
This small flat (38 m²) in a detached house comprises a living room with a fitted kitchen area, a bedroom, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a terrace with table and chairs and a large garden. The basement is ideal for storing your bicycles. Your car will be parked in the adjoining private grounds. You'll be completely on your own here, and we've designed it to make you feel at home.
All household linen is provided (sheets, pillows, duvet, towels, tea towels) and the housework will be done by us so that you can enjoy your stay with complete peace of mind.
If you wish, you can take a guided nature walk around the village as an introduction to your stay or as a complement to it. During your stay, don't hesitate to come to us for a request, an exchange, a sharing, a discussion...
