We offer you a small single-storey house (only the children's bedroom upstairs) ideal for 4 people, refurbished this year.

On the ground floor, there is a lounge/dining room with television, a fully equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, a bathroom with shower cubicle and a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) for 2 people.
Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with 2 separate single beds, ideal for children.

Free wifi connection.

There is a large enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, and an outdoor power point for recharging your electric car.

Everything is ready for you to enjoy a pleasant and relaxing stay in our beautiful Burgundy.

Our house faces one of the ditches, where you can go fishing (check with the Mairie for fishing conditions), walk around the village along the ditches or go hiking on the signposted footpaths.
The ditches are home to a wealth of flora and fauna that are a delight to observe in spring and summer. A real haven of peace.

Our region is steeped in history, and you'll be spoilt for choice between Sens, home to the 1st Gothic cathedral, its market hall and its architecture, and Auxerre, just a few kilometres away, and Chablis and its vineyards.
To discover the region, you can also go to Provins, Fontainebleau, Barbizon, etc... the region is full of tourist attractions.
