On the occasion of the Mill Days, a lithicist, a stone specialist from the Institut National de Recherches Archéologiques Préventives, reveals the secrets and history of these millstones. Try your hand at grinding cereals and discover the gestures of our ancestors. Grain millstones are domestic and utilitarian tools. They are used in the family sphere to make food.
