Granges Arts painting exhibition

Granges Arts Peinture is an association of passionate self-taught painters who meet to exchange advice and share their passion. Two members of this artistic group, Brigitte Magnien and Marie-Jeanne Philippe, will be exhibiting their work at the Galerie Dany Massé during this fortnight.

Brigitte Magnien has been practising pastel for ten years and has completed her training with Patrick Henry in Lyon and Brigitte Prost in Cersot, as well as during the pastelists' days in Tournus. Come and discover her magnificent pastels!

Marie-Jeanne Philippe took drawing classes at the Famous Artist School for two years and specialises in copying the Flemish Masters and painters of the 16th and 17th centuries, with a predilection for J. Vermeer and G. de la Tour. She also made copies of contemporary works while methodically following the techniques used by the copied painters.
