Laughter Yoga is a fun and emotionally relaxing practice. Laughter is necessary to maintain our physical and mental health.
Laughter Yoga combines breathing and laughter in the form of physical, respiratory and emotional exercises that are accessible to everyone, without funny stories, red noses or comedy. The Laughter Yoga session allows you to laugh as much as you want without any fear of embarrassment, gives you self-confidence and offers the pleasure of sharing a very liberating moment of relaxation and joy.
