The aim is to examine the signs that trigger the taste buds into action and foreshadow the taste experience and emotion.
Words, and even storytelling in speeches, make mouths water. As the first elements through which we apprehend food, they guide our choices and are supported at the same time by the images that accompany them. Taken together, these images conjure up an imaginary world that's part memory and part experience, in a sensitive mode.
Lastly, food is a reflection of culture, appropriating concepts that run through society and permeate these stagings: transparency, terroir or 'home-made'.
