Visites Guidées de Buxy

As every year, the Sud Côte Chalonnaise Tourist Office offers guided tours of the town of Buxy, in partnership with the Buxy Society of History and Archaeology.
Buxy, land of the Counts of Chalon, still has the remains of its ramparts. Buxy was then attached to the Duchy of Burgundy until its annexation by the King of France Louis XI. It has a rich history and a fascinating heritage which will be told to you during this guided tour. The canton of Buxy is also famous for other treasures: a brown and grey stone called "Buxy" and the vine in particular. The guided tour ends with a visit to the Musée du Vigneron.
Visits are available for groups all year round by reservation.
