Trail supervised by Jérôme Berry, a state-qualified mountain leader, with technical advice and landscape reading. Full day and overnight stay. 5 hours of trail - 25 km (including Mont St Romain), return to the château for a commented tasting of 3 organic terroir wines. Gastronomic meal with wine at the Relais d'Ozenay restaurant. Overnight stay at the château or in the winegrowers' houses + breakfast. Mini 5/maxi 12 people.
