Donatella from "Peas and Love" offers you to (re)discover the world of pasta in 3 different courses. This second workshop is entitled "La pasta fresca de blé dur: orecchiette et Cie". Learn how to make and cook fresh pasta (orecchiette and others) with durum wheat semolina.
Formats, cooking, tips, various fillings
Practical: preparation of 2 types of pasta by hand, using our fingers or a knife and preparation of 2 different fillings, with seasonal products
Preparation of a mixed salad to complete the meal.
Vegetarian meal.
