Stage pâtes 1.3 : “Comment bien cuisiner les pâtes du commerce”
Donatella from "Peas and Love" offers you the opportunity to (re)discover the world of pasta in 3 different courses. This first course, entitled "How to cook commercial pasta", is designed to help you learn how to make dry pasta taste better.
A short history of pasta for the theory:
The world of pasta: origins, traditions, nutritional elements.
Formats, cooking, tips, various fillings
And for practical purposes:
comparison of different types of commercial pasta, cooking of 2 different formats and preparation of 2 different fillings, with seasonal products!
Preparation of a mixed salad to complete the meal.
Vegetarian meal.
