Drawing, painting and Feldenkrais workshop on the theme
"my spine, my axis
Open to beginners as well as to experienced people (9 max).
We will start each day with a Feldenkrais session (1h) to then observe the body of a model, then draw and paint.
The Feldenkrais method, through a guided exploration of simple movements, will allow to widen the awareness of one's body and feel one's column and possibilities, from the inside.

250 € course (teaching, model, material)
+ 60 € accommodation and breakfasts (3 nights)
