It's Saturday, and you want to discover the secrets of Burgundy wines and learn how to taste them, whether you're a novice or an amateur! Become a wine connoisseur in the know!
The programme: a "secrets of vines and wines" walk to discover the terroirs and Climats of Marsannay, Côte de Nuits, during which you'll be immersed in the vines to discover the diversity of the terroirs and the role of the winemaker. You'll then be introduced to sensory and geo-sensory tasting of 6 to 7 wines from the "villages", "premiers crus" and "grand cru" appellations, with fun ways of recognising aromas and flavours.
Topics covered: wine-growing landscapes (hillsides and combes), the vine (grape varieties, exposure, wine-growing soils), organic and biodynamic vine-growing, vinification and ageing...
Sandrine Lanaud, trainer and professional wine taster, offers you a tailor-made course, adapted to your level of knowledge.
Stroll through the vineyards, then return to the living room and cellar. Courses on request for groups of at least 6 people.
