"Anger, Fear, Sadness... What do I do with my negative emotions?"
Giving yourself a bubble of oxygen and enlightenment to learn how to manage your negative emotions can prove necessary at several stages of life.
A wellness course lasts for a weekend, and is based on a small group (6 participants) to make it easier for people to express themselves and their emotions, with the aim of bringing relief and keys to personal development.
In a caring, calming and often rejuvenating environment, the coachees learn to adjust their perceptions of situations or issues that are causing them pain, so that they can manage their negative emotions more effectively. The dynamics of the group help to create personal dynamics that encourage the coachees in their quest for self-confidence and self-fulfilment.

Participants welcome on Friday 18/10/24 from 7pm.
