Nature outing: Collecting and herbarium

As the seasons go by, we come across many wild plants, offering their stems, leaves, flowers or berries to our admiring, greedy and sometimes worried eyes.

What are they? Are they edible and in what way? Are they beneficial, for whom and how? Are they dangerous?

Public: General public

Objectives : To learn to recognise the plants encountered, to build up a herbarium to be added to during future walks, to acquire some food and ecological safety reflexes.

Course of action: On a circuit of about 3 km, you will be able to start your collection of plants in a notebook / herbarium offered by Nature Au Cœur. At the end of the tour, before going our separate ways, we can exchange a few recipes based on wild plants!
