Septième Cercle : exposition photographique de Régis Perrot au musée de Bibracte

In the era of confinements, Régis Perrot walks through a dark forest in Morvan. He also immersed himself in reading Dante's Inferno, where the damned always take on a human form, except in the seventh circle where they appear under the guise of trees. From this singular experience of a photographer suffering from a confiscated freedom, a series of photographs is created which is displayed in the museum, in a composition freely inspired by Canto XIII of Inferno and the engravings that Gustave Doré made for the 1861 edition.
