Séance d'entretien du monde - Participatory workshop as part of an artistic residency

As part of the Inter-Parcs Massif Central (IPAMAC) project to "promote itineraries through artist residencies and contemporary creations on the Route d'Avallondes", the Morvan Regional Nature Park, together with the Pourquoi pas? association, is hosting a residency in green spaces. The two gardening artists, Juliette Duchange and Marion Ponsard, have come up with the work Les jardins vernaculaires, a step aside to (re)discover a little-known or little-known heritage: the dry-stone huts and low walls of the Vézelien.

In June and September, they're inviting local residents to take part in a series of collective performances called "maintenance sessions", where, with a few simple gestures and a bit of good humour, they'll be able to reveal a low wall, a hut or a murderer's grave buried in the undergrowth!

Come along with your pruning shears, gloves, closed-toe shoes and a safe outfit, and let the green spaces guide you, a duo of gardening artists, for a convivial moment of encounters and discoveries!
For people with reduced mobility, 2 Quadrix wheelchairs can be made available free of charge. Simply book them in advance.

Meet at the Vézelay cemetery car park (please note that there is a charge for parking).
Bring a picnic and we'll have lunch together.
The session will end with a drink.

During the European Heritage Days, a number of events are scheduled to enable you to discover all the vernacular gardens created during this residency.
