"Gourmet Tuesdays at the Tourist Office: Gaec Laurency. Accompanied by one of the breeders on the Bresse poultry farm, you will have all the explanations on the emblematic gourmet product of Burgundy Bresse. You will discover the different stages of a traditional breeding process requiring a demanding and meticulous know-how and learn how the young two-day-old chick becomes an authentic Bresse chicken with a very special flavour. This poultry, the only one to benefit from the PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) will no longer hold any secrets for you. The visit will end with a friendly drink accompanied by delicacies processed on the farm.
