Mardis gourmands : bresse aquaculture et ferme brasserie simone

"Gourmet Tuesdays at the Tourist Office: Bresse aquaculture and the Simone Brewery Farm are joining forces to help you discover two professions: fish farmer and brewer. Alternating between the two farms, one located in Juif and the other in La Chapelle Saint Sauveur. The visit of the farms is completed by a tasting of their different products, with a "food and beer" agreement in order to discover the products resulting from their productions: smoked fish, terrines and peasant beers as well as syrups produced from the plants and fruits of the Simone Brewery Farm.
