Lujipeka

Lujipeka never stops. In just a few months, the young rapper from the Columbine collective in Rennes has already released 3 EPs, his first album ("Montagnes Russes"), and toured France in nearly 110 dates, accompanied on stage by a drummer and a DJ. Spontaneous and modern, his first album is in his image and reflects the freedom with which he listens, writes and composes. A freedom that leads him to listen to Booba as well as Justice, Tyler the Creator as well as Nirvana, or to collaborate with rappers Luv Resval and S.Pri Noir as well as with Cerrone, pioneer of the French Touch. This uninhibited way of looking at rap has enabled him to participate in the creation of a new alternative scene in France.
Lujipeka expresses himself without filters, as close as possible to his emotions, preferring sincerity to showmanship. "I don't represent anything, but I represent it anyway": his lyrics reflect the fluctuating feelings of a lucid and resourceful youth sometimes tempted to give up everything, but capable of finding even in the depths of the doldrums the hope of going to see the sea.
