Let yourself be bathed in the light of the stained glass windows in the church of Notre-Dame de Talant. Designed by the artist Gérard Garouste in the 1990s, these windows mark a turning point in the revival of French stained glass. Sometimes allegories of the Bible, sometimes dialogues between female figures from the Old and New Testaments, master glass-maker Pierre-Alain Parot has succeeded in combining modern and medieval glass-blowing techniques. You will also discover the history of this building, a 13th-century stone jewelcase built by the Capetian Dukes of Burgundy at the top of Talant hill.
