Plèchie Month - Cussy-en-Morvan

Plèchie workshop, all morning at Cussy-en-Morvan. Meet at 9am in Montloiron.

The Month of Plèchie returns to the region from 1 February to 15 March 2025 with more than 30 workshops open to all!
This is an opportunity for the Park and the Association des Plècheux du Morvan to perpetuate this hedge maintenance technique, which involves cutting, laying and interlacing living branches between stakes to form a fence and encourage new growth. Practised for centuries in the Morvan, it remains a relevant practice today for preserving hedges, hedgerows, biodiversity and soil.

All practical details will be provided on registration.
