The Dinosaur Saga

As soon as you enter, you'll be confronted by three dinosaur skeletons that look like they're ready to swoop down on you: a Tarbosaurus skeleton (a carnivorous dinosaur that is an Asian cousin of the Tyranosaurus), a Camptosaurus skeleton and a Deinonychus skeleton, another carnivorous dinosaur.

The second part of the exhibition features minerals and fossils. Most of these spectacular pieces were collected in the region by members of the association.

Visitors can use a binocular magnifying glass to observe millimetre-sized minerals and microscopic fossils... an entry into the world of the infinitely small.

Every weekend (weather permitting), children can try their hand at digging up fossils, and perhaps discover a vocation as a palaeontologist!
