THE JUNIOR FISHING TOUR 71
The Junior Fishing Tour (JFT) is a new fishing competition aimed at young people (under 18). It is the result of a partnership between the Fédération Nationale de la Pêche en France (FNPF), the Fédération de Pêche Sportive (FFPS - freshwater fishing federation) and GIFAP (a grouping of France's major fishing brands). These competitions will be held nationwide in departments wishing to take part in the project. Naturally, the Saône-et-Loire Fishing Federation is taking part in this great project for young people.
The Junior Fishing Tour comprises 2 circuits: a lure fishing circuit for carnivorous fish and a white fish fishing circuit. Rankings for each circuit will be based on 2 age groups: juniors (U14: under 14s) and hopefuls (U18: 14 to 17s).

3 dates are planned for each of the 2 JFT LEURRES and JFT COUP circuits.

The Junior Fishing Tour circuits offer young anglers and pre-adolescents the chance to meet and compare notes. These are friendly get-togethers open to as many people as possible, allowing some of them to open up and progress towards competitive fishing. Indeed, these competition circuits will enable the most seasoned anglers to become French Champion in their respective categories.

For each round, big prizes and cups will be awarded to the podium finishers in each category, as well as prizes for all the participants. Don't hesitate to register early.
