Housed in an old barn, this branch of the museum retraces the work done on a farm in Burgundy Bresse from the 19th century to the present day, and the trades associated with Bresse agriculture and food.
On Sundays, enjoy demonstrations of old-fashioned butter churning followed by tastings, with Bresse anecdotes told by the museum's patois speakers.
