"Machins, bidules, chouettes et série noire...", the Merrycailloujungle exhibition.

Machins, bidules, chouettes et série noire... is a Parcours sup' for drawings and paintings, an original exhibition made up of several collections. The artist Merrycailloujungle_**,**_ designed the layout and selection of the exhibition specifically for the Le Creusot University Library, both for the exceptional heritage site and what it represents, and for its users - the students, readers and outside visitors who will be visiting the BU during the start of the new academic year and the European Heritage Days.

A word from the artist: "How can we understand and apprehend this paradoxical world, which enchants as much as it baffles, if not by observing it? I don't have a degree in analysis, so I chose painting and drawing to express my perception and share my questions. For many light years now, I've been expressing my contemporary concerns in a pictorial style that's as dreamlike as it is colourful, as well as in black series and pencil Pompelups. By dint of tinkering with things, I get things. Nothing gets lost, everything gets painted.
