A masterpiece of jazz cinema.
Formed almost 15 years ago on the benches of the Paris Conservatoire... this is a group that has lasted and improved, to become one of the most engaging groups on the French scene. By adopting an acoustic, melodic aesthetic close to Keith Jarrett's universe, they have opened wide the paths to freedom.
An almost telepathic communication exists between the two brothers Adrien and Maxime Sanchez (piano and saxophone) and their partners, both of whom are among the most appreciated instrumentalists on the current scene: Florent Nisse on double bass and Gautier Garrigue on drums.
Awarded the prize for Best Group of 2022 by Jazz Magazine in early 2023, they have just given some unforgettable concerts on the big stages of Jazz sous Les Pommiers and Marseille Jazz Cinq Continents.
Their latest album is a free reinterpretation of the music from the memorable film In the Mood For Love (Wong Kar-Wai, 2000).
