This event takes place on the 4th weekend of October, when wine lovers, connoisseurs, professionals and the general public meet in the heart of the village. On the programme: christening of the new vintage, tastings offered by some forty Chablis and Grand Auxerrois Houses and Domains, inductions, local gastronomy stands, walks in the vineyards, activities for children and adults.
