Radio Aléo: 2 concerts in Montbellet!
The programme on 13 and 14 September includes a harp concert by Angélique Mauillon and a French chanson concert by Les Michelines.
For over 10 years, Aléo, a radio association based in Mâcon, has regularly transformed the Chapelle des Arts in St Oyen-Montbellet into a concert venue. This initiative not only brings live entertainment to rural areas, but also showcases the local artists broadcast on the station. For its 2024 programme, the association has chosen to invite artists with whom it has a special relationship...
On Friday 13 September, at 8.30pm, you can listen to Angélique Mauillon. This harpist, who specialises in early music, is also vice-president of Radio Aléo. She accompanies prestigious ensembles and performs all over the world. Angélique Mauillon has contributed to over thirty CDs. In 2022, she chose to dedicate her 1st solo album to the career of Jean Le Flelle, a harpist at the English court in the first half of the 17th century. So it's a journey to the heart of the baroque harp that she'll be taking you on at La Chapelle des Arts.
On Saturday 14 September, at 8.30pm, you'll be joined by Les Michelines, one of the most popular artists on 104.8 FM. This duo from Mâcon offer an energetic and sensitive repertoire. At times joyful, sad or rebellious, the precise and intimate lyrics echo their moods. These two beautiful voices are committed to French chanson, and offer us a beautiful complicity on stage. A show to see again and again at La Chapelle des Arts!
