A humorous investigation into conflict, anger and violence. Erika has been training in Non-Violent Communication for 10 years, and talks to us about education, conflicts in the family, in relationships and even conflicts within ourselves! An hour of laughter and reflection on "how to live more peacefully with yourself, your children, your partner, your loved ones and others". Erika tenderly embraces our imperfections and our dented daily lives. An astonishing show that illustrates the emotions and intensity that run through all of us.
