15 Cultures for a totally carbon-free world tour!
Mix in a good dose of culinary specialities from faraway places, 15 volunteer cooks, 15 hosts for a day, some delicacies, add a show by a Malagasy-Ivorian duo, spice it all up with a clever mix of world music, and you've got the eclectic and unifying Banquet des Antipodes 2024!

ON THE MENU :
10.30am - Welcome at the Chevagny-sur-Guye gîte
Check-in and exotic appetizers.

11am - Multicultural and resistant songs by Décidéla
31 musicians and singers of all ages who won't leave you in troubled waters. For an aperitif, batten down your hatches and set sail for an archipelago of international and committed songs.

11:45 - Board your pedibus, bike or minibus...
To a choice of 15 culinary and cultural destinations:

12.15pm to 3pm - Meals from afar...
...and travellers' memoirs by Cristine, Claudine, Breya, Khulood, Haly, Elidona, Balkes, Zoubaïda, Irène, Nadifa, Betka, Renàta, Ana, Libania, Zina Y., Judith, Denise, Zina K., Valentina, Anna, Roubouanti and Randa.

3.15pm - Rasaolavavolo show by Innocent Yapi & Joro Raharinjanahary
The storyteller Innocent Yapi makes the big e'cart. Setting off from the Ivory Coast, he crosses the African continent in a single stride to join musician Joro Raharinjanahary in the legendary land of Madagascar. The duo go all out, turn the tables and embark on the imaginary world of the red island.

5pm - Snacks from around the world
A farandole of sweets in a world of brutes. A sweet interlude offered by the friends of the CADA in Digoin.

5.30pm - Tawantin Suyu Sonorama by Mathieu Gaborit aka aYaTo
What could be more universal than music and dance to express welcome and togetherness? In the Quechua language, Tawantin Suyu means four in one, or the whole of the four parts! aYaTo is offering 71 vinyl records of world music, 71 like the department of Saône-et-Loire, to honour this territory and its hospitality towards new arrivals, and to take you on an auditory journey to the four corners of the world: collecting words, sounds, ancestral rhythms, incantatory ceremonies, the whole repertoire of human sound heritage.
