Fakear

"Talisman" is the name of Fakear's new album, to be released on 24 February 2023 by Nowaday Records, and it is a symbol of renewal, of a new stage for the artist from Caen. After experiencing the exhilaration of a meteoric rise to fame with a sold-out Olympia even before releasing his first album, tours around the world in front of crowds of thousands, a gold record... Fakear needed to find Théo. Nearing the breaking point, Théo Le Vigoureux needed to reinvent Fakear: to go back to basics with spontaneity and above all honesty.

With "Talisman", a new project announced by the tracks "Moonlight Moves" and "Altar" - bewitching and disconcerting - Fakear gives way to his sensibility and puts back at the centre of his art some assumed fights like the one of ecology: for the track "Odyssea" of Camille Étienne, a figure of ecological militancy.
