La Fontaine, as you've never heard or seen him before!
In the midst of what appears to be a haphazard collection of scraps, two actors parade before our eyes a whole clique of curiously human animals. From a newspaper, a cardboard box or a plastic bag, they conjure up a whole gallery of comical and astonishing characters, each hiding an animal and each an animal... a man. They give body and voice to the donkey, the lion, the dog and the wolf. They guide us like tightrope walkers through stories that have been patiently put together, among creatures who look very much like us. But there's nothing innocent about what they say or do, and it's our own unique humanity that they end up confronting.
