Boosted by coach Marine Colard, the performers in this extraordinary project take the similarities between choreography and sport and interpret them in their own way. The sports commentary, like a theatrical text or score, underlines the bodies in movement, accentuates and distances the effort being made, and makes a mockery of the race for victory. References to sporting gestures from different disciplines (fencing, swimming, athletics, relays, archery, weightlifting, etc.) follow one another in a fierce competition. And because these 14 athletes lead the way, they add their own special touch, adding a tasty recipe for financiers to an already spicy game and, in the grand finale, a manifesto that's as furious as it is jubilant!
