Exhibition: Les Settons

From 6 July to 29 December 2023, the Archives départementales de la Nièvre in NEVERS will be hosting a new exhibition devoted to the Settons dam and lake.

Created last year by the Camosine (Protection et connaissance des monuments et sites de la Nièvre) and the DDT (Direction départementale des territoires de la Nièvre), this presentation of panels is enriched by archive documents relating to the construction, maintenance and various functions of this dam since the middle of the 19th century.

The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 12pm and 1.30pm to 5.30pm. Admission is free.
