Exposition : Antoine Favre

From 8 July to 26 August, exhibition of paintings by Antoine Favre, a young artist from Lyon, on the first floor of the château.

DUE TO THE HEAT, OPENING HOURS ARE: 5pm-9pm

A painter of twilight, Antoine Favre constantly moves back and forth between the outside and the inside, between a limitless space and its retraction onto the individual isolated in a closed world.
Inside, the eye focuses on a suggested intimacy. Outside, artificial lights fall on the dark streets of Lyon. The painter paints the city of lights at rest and guides us in his urban explorations.

Discover also the Hugonnard collection on the 2nd floor, as well as the works of the students of the painting workshop, in the attic of the castle.
