In 2021 Tamara Fernando created her own company, La Mamma Company, with the aim of sharing and developing her own choreographic language and vision. Tamara's personal history, her origins (French, Sri Lankan) and her professional career have led her to feel the need to create links, to mix cultures and generations, and to give meaning to her creations through social commitment.
Dream a little dream of us: forces that interlock, disengage, cross and uncross, interweave and unravel. In search of ourselves, of others, and of what brings us together. Looking for common ground. Does sharing the same space-time mean that we share the same reality?
