Concert Garçon, la Note ! – Dirty Bootz

Dirty bootz is the solo project of Geoffray AZNAR. Nourished by grunge, 90's punk and the great rock classics of the 60's and 70's, he quickly became interested in the blues sounds of Skip James, Son House and many other country blues references. He was impressed by these singer-guitarists who could perform alone. The discovery of Seasick Steve, the inevitable N.Young and Elliott Smith encouraged him to create his own blues inspired by his many musical favourites.

As an enlightened fan of film soundtracks, he offers music made for lovers of the great outdoors and duels in the sun. Dirty bootz is a timeless howl, between rage and melancholy, capable of transporting you to an imaginary world where gold diggers get drunk under the moon, where fallen poets wait for the last train, where outlaws clash around a campfire. Recently joined by Valentin Sanchez on drums, the duo is focusing on punchier tracks, deepening a more grunge and blues style already explored in the first EP. A new project with powerful melodies and rocky voices, to be discovered live, on the net and on record.
