Malo' concert
Malo' left his mark on the French musical landscape in 2017 with his album "Be/Être", notably with the single "I Believed", which now has millions of streams. He is back with a new album inspired by gospel, Motown and rock, but still resolutely pop, to be discovered on the Lanterne stage on 28 April.
Raised by his musician father, he was introduced to composition and songwriting at a very young age. When he was a teenager, he left France and moved to Australia to find his mother, whom he had never met. There he met John Stone, father of Angus and Julia, who became his mentor. At the age of 17, he released his first album in Australia, "The Old Way", and was spotted by a French label which decided to bring him back to France to sign him.
He then began writing the songs that would make up his album "Be/Être". This was followed by a tour throughout France for almost 2 years (including opening acts for Charlie Winston, a Stade de France with Les Insus...).
