E-trott - Escape in the forest

26 km - 2 h 30. After a 10-minute introduction, you begin your guided adventure on an all-terrain scooter. You will leave the FRANCE À VÉLO d'Auxerre branch in the direction of Saint Georges sur Baulche. From Saint Georges you will quickly reach the forest. You'll discover the old "chemin du tacot", a metre-gauge line linking Auxerre to Joigny via Charbuy and Perrigny, with links to Fleury and Aillant. The route soon follows the stream before arriving in the Branches forest with its sandy soils. There are plenty of singles here, and the experience on these off-road E-trotts is extraordinary. Passing over the famous GR 13 long-distance footpath, you arrive in the Sinelle woods before returning to the heights above Saint-Georges and the ru de Baulche.
