In a warm and friendly atmosphere, come and discover or improve classic or more modern cooking techniques. Using a recipe booklet handed out at the start of each workshop, we'll work together step by step to prepare the recipes for the day's theme. After each workshop, we'll sit down at the table to taste the dishes we've made, accompanied by a glass of wine, and spend some quality time together with other cooking enthusiasts. Located inside the Collège du Vallon in Autun, the kitchen and restaurant are fully equipped to welcome you in the best conditions.
