Ancient Ceramics Workshop

Sigillia is a fine, moulded ceramic, often decorated with motifs and scenes. At the beginning of the Gallo-Roman period, it was imported from Italy but very quickly, workshops produced it in Gaul.
A demonstration and a workshop will show you how this pottery was made and introduce you to this technique.
