A la belle étoile – Edition Saint Amour

For the second year in a row, A la belle étoile takes place on Laurence's family's estate, with its feet in the vineyards and a breathtaking view.

Two dinners are offered with two great chefs of the region.
The dinner on 1 July will be orchestrated by the two-starred chef Masafumi Hamano (Au 14 février) and his team. They will be offering a culinary journey of the highest order in several courses.
The dinner on 2 July will be proposed by the starred Chef and MOF, Sébastien Chambru (L'O des Vignes). Sébastien will honour his region, its products and his refined and tasty cuisine.

Each dish will be perfectly matched with the wines of Saint-Amour. Three winegrowers and a producer will be honoured each evening.

These two friendly and magical evenings will aim to take guests on a journey from the earth to the plate, to the stars, via the vineyards.
