7th COMMARIN Book Fair

Want to read, exchange ideas and discover a cultural event in a pretty village?
The 7th Salon du Livre de Commarin, organised by the Comité des Fêtes et de la Culture, will be held on Sunday 13 October 2024 at the Salle polyvalente Agnès Morlet.
The fair will bring together around fifteen regional authors writing in a variety of fields: novels, detective stories, history, regional literature, essays, poetry, children's literature, etc., in a friendly atmosphere conducive to exchanges. The fair is open from 10am to 6pm and admission is free.
The 2024 fair will be an opportunity to pay tribute to Claudine Vincenot, who passed away this winter. A loyal supporter of the event since its inception, she was in some ways the fair's godmother in terms of her family ties with Commarin and its influence.
For all those nostalgic for school, a dictation open to everyone from 7 to 107 years old will take place at the village school at 3pm.
Everyone is welcome in Auxois to share a good time, talk about books and discover the many literary talents in Burgundy-Franche-Comté!
