30e Fête de la brioche

All day long :
Large market of producers and craftsmen
Musical entertainment with "Broken bottles
Inflatable structures for children

In the morning:
Workshop: "I learn to make brioche" open to all, led by the Côte d'Or bakers' union
Brioche making competition for "mitrons" (5 to 13 years old)
Baking and sales of brioches on site

At lunchtime:
Inauguration of the giant oven
Parade of brotherhoods and wine of honour
Ephemeral "bistronomic" restaurant (La Yauberge): Full meal around the brioche

In the afternoon :
Great brioche competition of the bakers of the Côte d'Or (Public prize and professional prize)
Baking of the giant brioche then removal from the oven (Bailiff's report)
Tasting and sale
Presentation of the competition prizes

End of the day, beginning of the evening
Concert and DJ (Duo Memories), atmosphere guaranteed!
