22nd Amateur Theatre Festival from 13 to 28 January 2023 with 8 troupes over 3 consecutive weekends.
Friday 27 January - 8.30 pm "Reservoir Dog" by Quentin Tarantino by the troupe "Les brûleurs de planches".
The 7 actors of the troupe call themselves The band of sharks. Passionate about theatre, pop culture and Tarantino's films, they have adapted Tarantino's cult film "Reservoir Dogs". He describes a gang of mobsters and the events that occur before and after a failed robbery. With punchy dialogue, references to popular culture and sometimes crude language, "Reservoir Dog" is captivating and humorous to boot!
Saturday 28 January - 8.30 pm "Musée haut, musée bas" by Jean-Michel Ribes by the "Tréteaux 2000" troupe
This play features a series of characters (museum curator, artists, visitors, guides, maintenance staff...) who scatter and swarm in this large cultural space. Each one lives, asks himself questions or not, passes and passes again, gets lost, looks for something, doesn't find it, expresses his emotions or his questions, is ecstatic or complains... The universe created by Ribes is sometimes baroque, sometimes surreal, but always funny and comical.
